Return & Refund policy

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is processed, whichever comes first.



Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on the products purchased.

Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned:


UNUSED - For coffee machines, brewing equipment and/or any other accessories

UNOPENED – For coffee and/or other food-related consumables.


The item/s must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To process your return please contact us on care@sevenbeans.co for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please make sure to include the following information in your communication to avoid any delays in the process:


  1. Your Name & Date of Purchase
  2. Your request: Replacement or Refund
  3. The item/s you would like replaced or refunded
  4. The reason for the return


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable and solely at the discretion of management)

* Any item that’s not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error at our end.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your returned item/s is/are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the same. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your claim is approved, our refund process will be initiated. The approved amount will be credited back to you through your original mode of payment within 7 days from the date of approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund after the stipulated time, we request you to do the following in the suggested order:

  1. Please check your bank account again.
  2. Check with your bank as payment clearance cycles vary from bank to bank.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only fully priced items may be refunded or replaced; unfortunately, no refunds or replacements will be provided for discounted items.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for returning the purchased items back to us, i.e. for return shipping costs & delivery at the address mentioned above.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.
